Spring is in the air and so we have three meals from three very different regions of France, the Pyrenees, Normandy and from the Camargue. And as a bonus if you order any of our selections we will send to you ABSOLUTELY FREE a jar of Goose Fat (worth £5.99) from our Label Rouge producer.

Our first dish sees the welcome return of Gardianne de Taureau, the traditional bull meat combined with olives and the rich red wine of the Camargue region. Fantastic when served on a bed of Camargue or wild rice.

Also making a welcome and long overdue return is Agneau aux raisins from the village butcher of Espelette high in the Pyrenees. Superb on a bed of pasta or with traditional roasted vegetables (cooked of course in the Goose Fat).

Jean Luc Blandin and his team from Normandy have prepared for you Saute de Porc, a dish that so many of you now buy on a regular basis. Once again roasted vegetables and potatoes are the perfect partner for this dish.
